JOANNE
Director
Joanne co-founded J&D Mobility in 1991 alongside her husband, David. She played a key role in running the office and supporting the growth of the business in its early years.
Now retired, Joanne still occasionally visits the office and remains a valued part of the J&D Mobility story.
GAVIN
Managing Director
Gavin began working alongside his father, installing stairlifts and supporting customers in their homes. He is now a Managing Director and continues to lead from the front as a hands-on engineer.
Overseeing installations and day-to-day operations, Gavin ensures every project meets the highest standards.
NICOLA
Managing Director
Nicola joined the business as it expanded and now works alongside Gavin as Managing Director. She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the company, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for both customers and staff. Her focus is on maintaining high levels of customer service while supporting the continued growth of the business.
PHOEBE
Product Specialist & Sales Advisor
Phoebe supports both the office and customers directly, helping with enquiries, product advice, and surveys.
She is often out on the road carrying out stairlift and wet room assessments, ensuring customers receive tailored recommendations that suit their needs and home layout.
MARK
Engineer Specialist
Mark is an experienced engineer who supports installation and repair work across Northamptonshire.
Working alongside Gavin, he helps manage the growing demand for mobility equipment repairs and installations, ensuring fast, reliable service for customers.
