  • Do you sell second hand products?

    When we are able to get our hands on second-hand items we do sell them yes! We ensure all second-hand products are serviced before we sell them. All approved used products also come with a 12-month warranty just like our new ones.

  • Do you hire wheelchairs?

    We do hire out Transit Wheelchairs. This costs- £5- a day | £15- long weekend | £25- a week.

  • Do you offer warranty on stairlifts?

    All of our approved used and new stairlifts come with a 12-month warranty. However, after this, we do offer an extended warranty for both Straight stairlifts and Curved stairlifts. The price for an extended warranty on a straight stairlift is £220 for 1 year and the price for an extended warranty on a curved stairlift is £280

    *Please note the extended warranty does not cover a yearly service. The extended warranty also does not include any battery change costs and customer misuse*

  • Do you service scooters that are not brought from yourselves?

    Yes, we service all scooters. The service costs £85, we check all things such as batteries, motor brushes, tyre tread and pressure, etc. Any replacement of parts are changed accordingly and are discussed with the customer before work is carried out.

  • Do you service stairlifts that are not brought from yourselves?

    Yes, we service most stairlifts.

  • Do you sell/provide anything other than mobility products?

    We also supply and fit wetrooms, low-level access showers and bathroom conversions.

  • Are you open on weekends?

    We open on a Saturday 9 am-1 pm.

  • Are you able to do home visit?

    We do offer home visits if this is more convenient for you. If there is a specific Riser recliner or scooter you like in our showroom we are more than happy to take it to your home for you to try.
